DataOne broadband password can be changed in the web site.
DataOne password can be changed in following simple steps.
Step 1. Goto http://www.sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm
Step 2. Login using your current username & password.
Step 3. Click on Change password.
Step 4. Enter your old password and new password.
Done! Your dataone password is changed. From next login use the new password.
Note : Enter your new password in your ADSL modem / Broadband dialing properties.

i my system www.statcounter.com not open & also in my laptop, i m using bsnl broadband. If i am using dial-up then open, where is the problem.
Many of your links either do not open or they simply ignore if clicked. I wanted to check up my usage but no, nothing happens there.

using your portal id and password. Portal id is generally written on the modem box provided to you, it is a 14 digit alphanumeric code. Else you can call up BSNL customer service and ask for your portal id.

My Bettle 450BX1 adsl router/modem is not working properly with Tata Communication broadband internet connection. The person comes, does something it starts working and all of a sudden stops working. My laptop recognizes the wireless connection, but fails to get internet.
I also have Huawei ADSL router modem available with me. Please suggest a possible remedy. The person from Tata is also not helping.
